In Legal Terms: Military Law

At MPB we want to give you what you want to know about – just ask us. Someone wanted to know about military courts, so we’ve got attorney Franklin Rosenblatt from the firm of Butler Snow on the show today.

“Armed forces” means the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard and now Space Force. The term “uniformed services” means— the armed forces; the commissioned corps of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration; and the commissioned corps of the Public Health Service.

Mr. Rosenblatt co-wrote: Military Justice Cases and Materials Third Edition published in 2020. It will introduce you to military justice while also deepening your understanding of criminal law and procedure, comparative law, international law, and constitutional law.     https://cap-press.com/books/isbn/9781531016470/Military-Justice-Third-Edition
